I filled out the exchange form but the “Submit” button is greyed out. What do I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you can’t submit the exchange form, it means some required information is missing. Double-check that you have filled in all required fields. Commonly missed fields include Postal Code, State/Region, and Proof of Purchase (receipt upload). Make sure you have attached an image of your receipt (in JPG or PNG format, under 4MB) and that the purchase date is visible. After filling everything out, the submit button should activate. (Tip: after clicking “Submit,” wait up to 30 seconds for the form to process.) If you experience difficulties with the exchange form, you can also contact us for assistance.
