I need to change or cancel my online order – what do I do?Updated a month ago
If you made a mistake on your online order (such as the wrong shipping address or selecting the wrong reed strength/cut), contact our customer service as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the correction needed. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to adjust it or cancel it so you can place a new, correct order. Changes can typically be made before the order leaves our warehouse, so acting quickly is key. Once an order has shipped, we’ll assist you with an exchange or return if appropriate.
Within one hour, you can go to your account, open the order, Select "Update Shipping Address" and select "Order Editing Options" from the top menu. From there, choosing "Cancel Order" will allow the order to be cancelled. This is only available within 1 hour of the order being placed.
